How to place your orders?

1. Download our online catalogue and discover our unique products.

2. Go to the Place An Order tab, fill out the form and press the order button.

Fill in our contact form include the following information:-

-Name
-Address(shipping)
-EMail
-Mobile no
-Payment method

Please stated(member/non member)
-member code

Product order
-Catalogue Number 
-Product Code 
-Product Name 
-Qty. 
-Detail of size & color(if applicable)

OR 

Mail the above information to  retailpo@outlook.com

3. Wait for our confirmation email include stock status, total amount and payment method before making your payment.

4. Please bank in the total amount(item order amount plus shipping charges) within 3 days after the order is confirmed, otherwise the order will be canceled. 

5. After the payment is made, please let us know by sending the following details using our contact form or email as stated:
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Time 
- Transaction Amount 



Note: 
1. We will only proceed goods delivery after payment is received.
2. Your item will reach the recipient address within 2 weeks (not included weekend & public holiday) upon received of payment.
3. After the transaction is done, any cancellation of order will not be entertain, please consider clearly before placing an order.
4. Standard shipping by Poslaju. Alternative postage express is Gdex service.
5. In order to get more saving from shipping rate, you can refer your friends to join this spree by placing into one shipment; make sure the shipping below 2kg to save on shipping rate.
